Our Story
In 2007, our founder, Neil Denning set out on a journey. He aimed to bring affordable compliance to companies searching for a solution. Regulatory changes, policies, procedures and the ever-changing government guidelines means that staying on top of HR becomes increasingly difficult as your business grows.
This is where we come in. Neil began the OJ journey so that employers can focus on growing their business and ensure that daily operations run smoothly.
